Abstract
European integration is the main foreign policy goal of the Republic of Serbia from 2000. In this sense, the author analyses what will happen after the beginning of the EU negotiation process of the Republic of Serbia and its institutional frameworks for the membership talks. The author gives some predictions of this process, especially having in mind public opinion polls in the EU leading countries (Germany, France and the United Kingdom) dealing with enlargement, economic crises and other problems in the EU and region of the Western Balkans.
